This is an Acceptable Use Policy for the YubiEnterprise Console.
By using this Yubico YubiEnterprise Console (“Console”), you agree to the following acceptable use policy (“Console Policy”). This Console Policy is separate from any terms of any agreement that you may have with Yubico with relation to your purchase, license, or usage of any Yubico products and services. In the event of a direct conflict between these terms and any other agreement you may have with Yubico the terms below will govern your use of and access to the Console.

You are responsible for your users.
You agree that access to the Console will be granted only to your designated Console account users. Except as specifically provided in your agreement with Yubico (i) the Console may not be used to provide services for or to third parties, and (ii) the Console may not be shared with or accessed by third parties, except for your agents or contractors acting on your behalf. You shall be responsible for your agents and/or contractors’ use of the Console and for their compliance with the Console Policy. 

Channel partners may need access.
If your purchases of Yubico products and services are made through authorized Yubico channel partners who will be assisting in YubiEnterprise fulfillment and enabling your organization to use YubiEnterprise services then you understand and agree that channel partners involved in the fulfillment will have access to certain personal information required for fulfillment of YubiEnterprise services such as contact information and billing and shipping addresses. If you are a channel partner assisting an end user with fulfillment, you understand and agree that your usage of the end user’s data is solely for fulfillment of their orders.

Don’t impair the Console.
You agree that you will not access or use the Console in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair, or otherwise result in unauthorized access to or interference with, the proper functioning of any Yubico accounts, systems, or networks. For example, you may not use any software routines commonly known as robots, spiders, scrapers, or any other automated means to access the Console or any other Yubico accounts, systems, or networks. If you cause a technical disruption of the Console or the systems transmitting the site to you or others, you agree to be responsible for any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, arising or resulting from that disruption. 

Don’t disclose our proprietary information.
Through the Console, you may have access to various programs, web-based tools and other materials made available by Yubico now and in the future, including but not limited to estimated shipping calculators, shipping rates, and shipment carriers lists (the “Materials”). The Materials are confidential proprietary information of Yubico. You may not use, disclose, reproduce, transmit, or otherwise copy in any form or by any means the information contained in the Materials for any purpose, other than to support your authorized use of the Yubico product and services. 

Don’t break export laws.
Export laws and regulations of the United States and any other relevant local export laws and regulations may apply to the Materials. You agree to comply with all such export laws and regulations. You agree that none of the Materials obtained through your use of the Console (or direct product thereof) will be exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of these laws, or will be used for any purpose prohibited by these laws.

The Console, access, and this Policy are subject to change.
THE CONSOLE, INCLUDING THE MATERIALS, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY. However, Products distributed through the console are subject to the relevant warranties stated in the agreement between you and Yubico. Yubico reserves the right to change the Console at any time.  Yubico retains the right to revoke access to the Console at any time, if acting in good faith, it reasonably believes you are in breach of this Console Policy. Access to the Console may be monitored by Yubico. Yubico reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Console Policy, in whole or in part, at any time, by posting revised terms upon your subsequent access to the Console.
