• YubiKey as a Service Customer Portal Acceptable Use Policy

    This is an Acceptable Use Policy for the YubiKey as a Service Customer Portal.
    By using this YubiKey as a Service Customer Portal (“Portal”), you agree to the following acceptable use policy (“Portal Policy”). This Portal Policy is separate from any terms of any agreement that you may have with Yubico with relation to your purchase, license, or usage of any Yubico products and services. In the event of a direct conflict between these terms and any other agreement you may have with Yubico the terms below will govern your use of and access to the Portal.

    You are responsible for your users.
    You agree that access to the Portal will be granted only to your designated Portal account users. Except as specifically provided in your agreement with Yubico (i) the Portal may not be used to provide services for or to third parties, and (ii) the Portal may not be shared with or accessed by third parties, except for your agents or contractors acting on your behalf. You shall be responsible for your agents and/or contractors’ use of the Portal and for their compliance with the Portal Policy. 

    Channel partners may need access.
    If your purchases of Yubico products and services are made through authorized Yubico channel partners who will be assisting in YubiKey as a Service fulfillment and enabling your organization to use YubiKey as a Service services then you understand and agree that channel partners involved in the fulfillment will have access to certain personal information required for fulfillment of YubiKey as a Service services such as contact information and billing and shipping addresses. If you are a channel partner assisting an end user with fulfillment, you understand and agree that your usage of the end user’s data is solely for fulfillment of their orders.

    Don’t impair the Portal.
    You agree that you will not access or use the Portal in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair, or otherwise result in unauthorized access to or interference with, the proper functioning of any Yubico accounts, systems, or networks. For example, you may not use any software routines commonly known as robots, spiders, scrapers, or any other automated means to access the Portal or any other Yubico accounts, systems, or networks. If you cause a technical disruption of the Portal or the systems transmitting the site to you or others, you agree to be responsible for any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, arising or resulting from that disruption. 

    Don’t disclose our proprietary information.
    Through the Portal, you may have access to various programs, web-based tools and other materials made available by Yubico now and in the future, including but not limited to estimated shipping calculators, shipping rates, and shipment carriers lists (the “Materials”). The Materials are confidential proprietary information of Yubico. You may not use, disclose, reproduce, transmit, or otherwise copy in any form or by any means the information contained in the Materials for any purpose, other than to support your authorized use of the Yubico product and services. 

    Don’t break export laws.
    Export laws and regulations of the United States and any other relevant local export laws and regulations may apply to the Materials. You agree to comply with all such export laws and regulations. You agree that none of the Materials obtained through your use of the Portal (or direct product thereof) will be exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of these laws, or will be used for any purpose prohibited by these laws.

    The Portal, access, and this Policy are subject to change.
    THE PORTAL, INCLUDING THE MATERIALS, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY. However, Products distributed through the Portal are subject to the relevant warranties stated in the agreement between you and Yubico. Yubico reserves the right to change the Portal at any time.  Yubico retains the right to revoke access to the Portal at any time, if acting in good faith, it reasonably believes you are in breach of this Portal Policy. Access to the Portal may be monitored by Yubico. Yubico reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Portal Policy, in whole or in part, at any time, by posting revised terms upon your subsequent access to the Portal.
