Product overview
While cloud providers encrypt data in transit and in rest, there remains the possibility of unauthorized access to the data stored at a cloud service. Boxcryptor offers true, file-based, zero-knowledge end-to-end-encryption, and enables the secure usage of cloud services. Boxcryptor implements a combined encryption process based on asymmetric RSA and symmetric AES encryption, so that every file has its own unique random file key generated when the file is being created.
