Women in Technology Luncheon
Thursday, February 22
Perhaps you want to be nicer to yourself but don’t really know how to get there? Or maybe you’re someone who assumes self-criticism is a permanent part of your personality. Rest assured you’re not alone – the average woman criticizes herself eight times a day.
Reverse this statistic and explore how to regain your focus, energy and center by joining your peers at the upcoming Women in Technology panel discussion and luncheon on February 22nd hosted at SureScripts HQ in downtown Minneapolis. We’ll be using Dr. Rachel Goldsmith Turow book “The Self-Talk Workout: Six Science-Backed Strategies to Dissolve Self-Criticism and Transform the Voice in Your Head” as our guide, while our female panelists share their life hacks on overcoming challenges, maintaining confidence and staying positive.
The topic discussion will include a panel of accomplished female IT leaders.
