Infrastructure Director

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, grow, and empower people in your team through coaching, mentoring, and feedback
  • Work with recruiting to attract, onboard, and retain top talent in your team
  • Maintain strong security awareness for both internal systems and subscribed services
  • Design, develop and maintain our DevOps processes consisting of several stages including plan, code, build, test, release, deploy, operate, and monitor
  • Design, build and maintain the CI/CD infrastructure and tools
  • Work closely with the engineering teams and other departments to ensure that solutions are designed with customer user experience, proper monitoring, scalability, and operability in mind
  • Identify technical obstacles early and work closely with your team to find creative solutions
  • Occasionally debug integrations between different systems
  • Must be willing to respond to occasional requests outside normal working hours

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of previous management experience or have demonstrable management skills to lead a team of engineers
  • Experience nurturing a strong engineering culture in a team of software and DevOps engineers
  • At least 5 years of experience with Linux system administration,  configuration, and shell scripting
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about software development
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet Ansible, etc
  • Experience in designing and maintaining cloud-based solutions with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform, co-location, etc
  • Familiarity with application system monitoring tools such as Nagios, ELK and PagerDuty
  • Experience in developing and maintaining continuous integration and continuous delivery processes
  • Experience with technologies such as Docker and Vagrant
  • Experience with Single Sign-On solutions based on SAML or OIDC
  • Proficiency in code-reviewing Java, Python, Go, Ruby, or PHP
  • Knowledge of FIDO U2F standard, and other multi factor authentication standards
  • Collaborative work style, especially in a highly virtual and cross-­functional environment
  • Passionate, articulate, and positive

  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Location: Stockholm
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
