YubiSupport – Subscription support service
We give all our customers the self service option to download and integrate Yubico open source software free of charge. For organizations who want to ensure priority access to Yubico technical expertise, we offer an optional and paid annual support service - YubiSupport.
Covers all open source software
The support service covers all Yubico’s open source offerings, including validation server software (yk_val, yk_ksm), PAM, cross-platform configuration software, multi-device configuration software, YubiRADIUS virtual appliance and YubiHSM software version release upgrades and updates.
Up to ten hours of technical expertise
The service includes 10 incidents and maximum 10 hours per subscription and helps Yubico customers to architect, manage and operate an efficient, high performing, scalable and secure authentication infrastructure, today as well into the future.
